Information about Emergency Protection Order Applications: December 24-26, 2023
From 4 p.m. on December 24, 2023, until 8 a.m. on December 26, 2023, the Provincial Hearing Office is unable to accept public telephone applications for Emergency Protection Orders.
Anyone wishing to apply for an Emergency Protection Order has the option of doing so through their local police agency or they may submit their application after 8 a.m. on December 26.
If you believe you or a family member are in immediate danger, call your local police.
