The Court of King’s Bench Filing Digital Service (FDS) has expanded to include Foreclosure documents requiring Clerk review for General filing, Chambers and Desk Applications.
Effective November 2, 2026, all lawyers and legal assistants must submit all foreclosure materials through the Digital Service.
Important Information
Please note that the following foreclosure documents are accepted only through General Filing:
- Affidavit of Accounting
- Bill of Costs (Foreclosure)
- Affidavit of Property management Fees
For the following foreclosure orders, the correct order type must be selected when submitting through FDS:
- Redemption Order
- Sale to Plaintiff Order
- Order Confirming Sale and Vesting Title
Do not select “The King’s Bench Order: Civil” for these foreclosure order types. This order type cannot be modified by the Clerk, and submissions made using this option will be rejected.
