In an effort to modernize and expedite scheduling, Justice Seized Specials, Civil & Family Case Management, Reviews & Assessments, and Bar Admissions will observe a new and enhanced scheduling practice, commencing January 17, 2022.
Please note: This change does not apply to Criminal Case Management which will continue to observe existing practices.
Matters that were previously booked via correspondence with a Judicial Assistant (i.e. Justice Seized Specials, “follow-up” PTCs, and matters heard generally at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM) will now be scheduled by a Judicial Scheduler. Additionally, Civil & Family Case Management matters, Reviews & Assessments, and Bar Admissions will be scheduled by a Judicial Scheduler.
