Appeal Record Requirements

Within 10 days of filing a notice of appeal, the appellant must order the necessary transcripts and order or begin preparation of the appeal record. Transcripts and the appeal record can be ordered from Transcript Management Services (TMS). TMS can be contacted by telephone at 403-297-7392 or by email at tms.calgary@gov.ab.ca.
