Further to the June 13, 2025 announcement, due to extensive flooding within the building, there will be no in-person access to the Court of Appeal Registry in Calgary until at least Wednesday, June 18. The Registry is located at 2600, 450 - 1st St. S.W.
The Registry will continue to provide services and can be contacted for filing, search requests and general inquires by email at Calgary.Registry@albertacourts.ca or by phone at 403-297-2206.
The Edmonton Registry and e-filing are not affected.
Appeals scheduled to be heard virtually, in-person in Edmonton or at the Calgary Courts Centre are not affected.
Litigants with an e-filing exemption
Litigants who have an e-filing exemption are encouraged to file their documents by email or by fax at 403-297-5294. There will be no drop box available in Calgary.
