COVID-19 and Court Proceedings with Hearing Lists
To help contain the spread of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench is implementing social distancing measures in Chambers, Criminal Appearance/Arraignment Court and other Court proceedings with hearing lists.
This directive is effective immediately. All Counsel, litigants and other individuals attending these Court proceedings are required to check in with the presiding Clerk, following which they will be invited to maintain effective social distancing in Courtrooms and/or wait in other public areas within Courthouses.
