Temporary Suspension of Criminal Rules
Given the current uncertainty over the extent of the impact of COVID-19, we are suspending the implementation of our New Criminal Rules until further notice.
We remain committed to implementation when the time is right. The Rules and Forms have been finalized and will be posted on this site at a later date. There will be a further announcement when a new implementation date is set.
